What you get

What your SEO budget buys

More budget doesn't just mean "more SEO". It changes what is possible.

Under ₱8,000 a month: Expect basic upkeep: a Google Business Profile, small on-page fixes and a short report. Fine for very small local businesses with little competition. Be careful of anyone promising rankings at this price.

₱8,000–₱25,000 a month: A real local SEO program: profile, reviews, citations, on-page fixes and 1–4 pieces of content a month.

₱25,000–₱100,000 a month: Full SEO: technical work, regular content, link building, conversion improvements and detailed reporting.

₱100,000+ a month: A team: strategist, writers, developers and outreach, for competitive industries and large sites.

Price factors

What affects the cost of SEO

Six things decide where your business falls in the ranges above.

01

How competitive your industry is

Ranking a Batangas bakery is a different job from ranking a Manila law firm or a national insurance brand.

02

Local or nationwide

Local SEO for one area costs less than nationwide SEO, where you compete with the whole country.

03

The state of your website

A slow or broken site needs technical SEO work before anything else will rank.

04

How much content you need

Content is usually the biggest monthly cost. More services or cities means more pages.

05

Links and authority

Earning real links from trusted sites takes time and outreach, and costs more in competitive niches.

06

Size of your store or site

A 20-page site and a 5,000-product store need very different amounts of work. See eCommerce SEO.

Red flags in cheap SEO packages

Low prices are not the problem. Hidden tactics are. If you see any of these, ask hard questions before you pay.

  • Guaranteed #1 or page-one rankings. Nobody controls Google.
  • "1,000 backlinks a month" or any link package sold by volume.
  • No access to your own Google Search Console, Analytics or Business Profile.
  • Reports full of rankings for keywords nobody searches.
  • Long lock-in contracts before any work is shown.
  • AI content published in bulk with no editing.

Is SEO worth the cost? A simple way to check

Take a clinic paying ₱20,000 a month for local SEO. If the average new patient is worth ₱5,000 over a year, SEO needs to bring in 4 new patients a month to break even. Most clinics that reach the Google Maps top 3 in their area get far more than that.

Run your own numbers: monthly SEO fee ÷ value of one new customer = customers needed to break even. If that number looks easy to beat once you rank, SEO is worth it. This is an illustration, not a promise: your results depend on your market.

Compare that with ads: every click costs money, and the leads stop the day the budget stops. That is why many businesses run both, then lean more on SEO as rankings grow. See how we approach it on our local SEO and SEO services pages.

FAQ

SEO pricing questions

How much does SEO cost in the Philippines?

Most small and local businesses pay ₱8,000–₱25,000 a month. Growing businesses pay ₱25,000–₱100,000. Enterprise SEO is ₱150,000 and up. One-time projects such as audits run ₱50,000–₱200,000+.

How much should I expect to pay for SEO?

Match the budget to the goal. If you need customers in one city, local SEO in the ₱8,000–₱25,000 range is usually enough. If you compete nationally, plan for ₱25,000 a month or more.

Why do SEO prices vary so much?

Because the work varies. Competition, how many pages and cities you target, the state of your website and how much link building you need all change the effort required.

Is cheap SEO worth it?

Sometimes, for very small local businesses. But SEO that is too cheap usually means automated work, spammy links or no real content, which can hurt your site. Ask exactly what you get each month.

What is the 80/20 rule for SEO?

Roughly 20% of the work drives 80% of the results. In practice: fix the technical blockers, make your most important pages excellent, and earn a few strong links before doing anything else. A good audit tells you which 20% that is.

How long until SEO pays for itself?

Local SEO often pays back within 3–6 months. Nationwide and competitive campaigns usually take 6–12 months. After that, results keep compounding without paying per click.

How much does GC SEO Solutions charge?

We quote a fixed monthly price after a free audit, based on your goals and competition. You get the scope in writing before you commit. Get your free audit.

Is SEO cheaper than Google Ads?

Over time, usually yes. Ads charge for every click and stop when you stop paying. SEO costs more up front in time but keeps bringing traffic. Many businesses run both.
